Get a useful result in three steps

Choose your task

Open the calculator that matches what you need to work out. Each tool explains its inputs and the result it provides.

Check your inputs

Use the requested units. For therapy time, enter hours and the remaining minutes separately: 306 minutes is 5 hours and 6 minutes.

Review the assumptions

Read the formula and example alongside your answer. For workday planning, confirm how your workplace treats unpaid breaks.

Before you calculate

Are the calculators free to use?

Yes. Both the Therapist Productivity Calculator and the Board and Batten Calculator are free to use and do not require an account.

Which calculator should I use for my therapy end time?

Use the Therapist Productivity Calculator. Enter your start time, billable therapy time, and productivity target. It divides billable minutes by the target percentage to calculate total worked time, then adds that duration to your start time.

Does the therapy calculator include lunch or unpaid breaks?

It does not add unpaid breaks automatically. If a break is excluded from worked time under your workplace's rules, add its duration to the calculated end time. Do not add it twice if your workplace already counts it in worked time.

Can I use these tools on my phone?

Both calculators and this directory use responsive layouts. Open the tool in your phone's browser; no app installation is required.
